1. Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be new, unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached to the item.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as your Order ID, is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original, new condition as specified above. This policy helps us ensure all customers receive pristine Hellstar products.

4. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Your Order ID: Be sure to include your original Order ID in your communication to help us locate your purchase quickly.
  3. Receive Your Return Label: Our customer service team will review your request and, if your return meets the eligibility criteria, will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Hellstar will cover the cost of return shipping if the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or size).
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping if the return is due to customer remorse (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered by the customer).

6. Restocking Fees: Hellstar does not charge any restocking fees for returns that meet our eligibility criteria.

7. Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive a full refund for the product price.
  • Refunds typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note that the exact timing can vary depending on your bank or payment card issuer.
