- All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed.
- Orders placed after [e.g., 2:00 PM PT] on a Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time:
- We utilize USPS for all standard shipments.
- Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, carrier delays, or adverse weather conditions.
4. Shipping Restrictions: Hellstar currently ships only within the continental United States. We are unable to ship to the following locations:
- APO/FPO (Army Post Office / Fleet Post Office) addresses
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- All U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands)
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your package directly on the USPS website.
